Is’nt this company a sick unit dominated by buch of morons driving humans as slaves under teh banner of Operational excellence…. leave alone the monetary benefits, they kill tha soul of their employees. This is totally a crap idea. more COOs means more ppl get salary in crores. and in turn no considerable improvement nor changes in the process. These COOs are non productive to the company and not billable to client, but inturn suck out pay packages in terms of crores. This is puerly an overhead cost to the company…
