Nokia Chat – Nokia Messaging – IM Beta – Best Messenger Application for Symbian Devices

I always struggled to find a free Chat application for my N series and E series Nokia devices, but finally i have got one, well its not the nimbuzz, this time its from Nokia itself, with support for Yahoo,Google Talk and Live Messenger, Nokia Messaging – IM Beta is an extremely slick and powerful chat tool. This can be downloaded from Nokia beta site for free of cost.

This beta is available for Nokia E75, E71 , E72 and E63, and it works with Yahoo!® Messenger, Google Talk and Ovi accounts.

Voice call option not available in yahoo messenger Indian version

Well Yahoo has removed the voice support for Yahoo messenger in India, so the only option to enable it is to download the proper US version or most other country’s local version.

It appears that since Indian Govt has not allowed VOIP till now, Yahoo has removed the option, but if you use a US version messenger then the option is available and you can make the calls. But both the versions take same size of 14 MB.
