The rumour mills are amok with the news yahoo might reject microsoft's bid, it seems yahoo board of directors feel the Microsoft ‘s bid amount is low and yahoo is highly undervalued. They are also concerned about possible action from us regulators blocking the deal with anti-trust sections. It is to be noted google is already fighting the deal even before its start.
Possible scenarios could well be a hostile takeover by Microsoft's Steve Balmer and the upcoming days will be interesting.
