Windows 7 – Fresh install – Clean,Simple and Slick
After I upgraded to Windows 7 from Windows VISTA ultimate , I was definitely having some gripe and wanted to go back to VISTA. As I had mentioned in my previous post on Windows 7, both Shockwave player and Google Talk kept crashing on me and occasionally even Google Chrome started crashing.

Microsoft working on 128bit support for Windows 8 and Windows 9
they have already started working on the 128bit technology support for next generation of Windows Operating System. A profile of a Microsoft Researcher available on Linkedin brought to light Microsoft’s Windows 8 and Windows 9 along with the 128 bit support.
Installation and first impressions on Windows 7
The first improvement I felt was the increased free space in C drive, Windows 7 relieved my hard disk of nearly 10 GB from my C driver after the upgrade from Windows VISTA. Earlier I had 18 GB and now I had nearly 28 GB of free space. So that’s definitely an improvement considering I performed a upgrade. Usually Windows upgrades of the past have always left me unhappy and would occupy more space than the previous version.
Microsoft to release Windows 7 on October 22 2009
Microsoft announced on Tuesday the expected release date of its much awaited upgrade to Windows VISTA, the Windows 7. Microsooft expects Windows 7 to be widely available by October 22. By that time you can get a retail copy of Windows 7 and most of the PCs will be preloaded with the new Windows.
